I have been asked to star keeping track of volunteer assignments and hours in RE but we can't afford the Volunteer Module. Can you please share how and where to keep this information in RE?

Barbara, When you say 'record is created for an event' are you referring to something with Event Module? We don't have Event but do have Volunteer Module. I don't know how the two work together. Not much help, sorry

Is there a good way to query for constituents whose volunteer hours in a particular year are greater than a set amount? I would think there'd be a "Total Hours" field with Volunteer Summary info, but there doesn't appear to be one like that.
