  • Donor Category Reports and Donor Recognition

I ran a Donor Category Report based on our giving societies and realized that these reports only go by Gift Amount and not Receipt Amount. Our society levels are based on actual gifts and do not include the costs of benefits... Have any of you found a way around this issue? Is there a step I'm missing...

  • Re: Query based on amount given to our org!

Hi Rhonda, I think the issue that you're running into is the details by fund. How many different funds do you have? If you wanted to see the total given to each fund in your Excel spreadsheet, you would have to export the Summary Information - Total Amount field multiple times setting criteria each...

We also need to know to what fund they gave to and the amount given to each fund. I know that I need to do a query to start to find a summary...

  • Re: Cumulative gifts query

Hi Justin, You can group records who have given at least a specified amount by using the Summary Information, Gift, Total Amount field and use the filters to indicate date range and other factors to define which gifts should be included in the total. If you are trying to create an End of Year Receipt...
