  • Campaign Breakdown By Constituent Code

Hello, I am trying to find a report that will allow me to look at our Annual Giving Program payments for last FY by constituent code. Eventually, we are hoping to turn this information into pie charts, based on percentage of participation by constituent code as well as percentage of dollars contributed...

  • Reporting Participation and Dollars by Constituency

What kind of input can I get from all of you on reporting by Constituency? Obviously an individual can have more than one Constit Code. Therefore, when you report on income by Constituency you get overlap between the Constit groups. In reporting on % of Participation, that is okay. But when you do the...

  • Email tracking - how many new emails are added?

Does anyone know of a way to track when a new email was added? One of our goals is to increase the number of emails captured this year. We need to see an increase in this but not sure how to really track this accurately. I can run a query each month to see how many emails we have and then see the growth...

  • comparing date of appeal with date of gift

Is there a way to get a report that compares the date an appeal went out with the date of the gift made because of that appeal? I'm trying to decide whether it matters WHEN I send membership renewals or whether people are renewing on their own schedule no matter what.

  • Re: Constituency Codes: Reports, Dates to and from, Gift Constituency Codes

One way to think about it is what you may want to see on a report. The demographical and statistical reports can be broken down based on constituency code and we like to use that in our assessments. Do you currently have rosters of your employees that are easily categorized into groups that likely make...

  • Re: Constituency Codes and best practices

I work with 5 hospitals, 28 clincis , etc. and we have a bit of a different system than some. 'Donor' we use for individual donors that may have been patients, etc. that have a 'general public' relationship with us. I would prefer this to say 'public' but management is more comfortable...

  • Re: Total Giving by State for each Year - any thoughts???

I would use a canned report under Demographical and statistical reports to run the states for each year (You can only do one year at a time - but with this kind of report you would only have to do this once a year after you have your history created) and perhaps build an excel spreadsheet with the data...

  • Re: Need to pull number of gifts...

It sounds like what you need is the Statiscal Report broken down by Gift Size. This report is in Demographic and Statistical reports. You would start with a query of the people you want in your report. Then use that query in the Statistical report. On the Field tab, choose to use Gift Size as the field...

  • Re: Changing Constituency Codes and Keeping Track

Hi Emily, I, too, haven't been comfortable with using the date ranges. I found out that when running statistical report by consituency code if a donor such as a past parent who has a constituency code date range ending prior to the current FY, they are listed as "Unknown" constiuency code...

  • Statistical Reports running s l o w l y.

For some reason, a canned statistical report I run by constituency has become very slow. I include all records and a date range. Particularly running it for the prior fiscal year takes forever - 34 minutes to be exact. The current year report takes 23 minutes. I could nearly to the math with a pencil...
