Hi, If you already track children relationships, couldn't you just query on all those couples that don't have an individual relationship where the relationship/reciprocal field is child? Charlotte

We capture it as an attribute on the organzational relationship of retired = yes. We also have the relationship as former employer and the reciprocal as retired employee.

Under individual relationships what is the difference between the primary business information check box and employee check box?
