Hello, Does anyone happen to have good examples of donor acknowledgement letters? I have been assigned to update all our acknowledgment letters that we have been using for over five years now and don't know how they should sound like! I would appreciate any help on this. -Abby

I ran a Donor Category Report based on our giving societies and realized that these reports only go by Gift Amount and not Receipt Amount. Our society levels are based on actual gifts and do not include the costs of benefits... Have any of you found a way around this issue? Is there a step I'm missing...
