  • Re: Individual versus Organization

Hi Cara and JoAnn, The functionality that JoAnn just mentioned on the Org tab is a great way to avoid having someone receive 2 mailings because they are both an individual and a contact for an organization. Another tool that you can use to 'de-dupe' a record that exists in multiple queries would...

  • Re: HOH error?

Walk us through exactly how you did your pull for the mailing. Did you use Mail Quick letters and the segment tab. Unfortunately there are some issues with the HOH processing between segments.

  • Address Processing with E-mails

I would love to hear if anyone has developed a good solution to "email address processing", similar to what Quick Letters can do for (mailing) address processing. For example, if I want to send an email to everyone who has given me $100 or more in the past 12 months, and I want to include Individuals...

Is there anyway to get this info into a quick letter for purpose of mail merging? I have looked through the available fields that I can use and I can't seem to locate this as an available field to place into my MS word document from RE. I have over 1,000 (all of which are different amounts up to...

  • Re: Report needed

Hi Yvette, If the end result is only labels, then we can combine a constituent query with a canned mail task: labels or quick letters to export the data. From the available fields on the criteria tab in a constituent query, drill down on the summary information and select Summary for Gift. Then select...

  • Addressee/Salutation in Quick Letters

The primary Addressee/Salutation for a married couple is set up to use both names of the spouses on the Individual constituent record. The "Head of Household" spouse is also the president of a company and the records are linked through the Relationship tab. On the Organization record, this...
