  • Re: Need a query on gifts of $0.00

Hi all, An alternative that will allow you to avoid having to set up any query criteria would be to open a new non-contributors report and select the following: On the General tab indicate the date range in which they did NOT give (if it's based solely on it being a particular fund you can set it...

  • Re: Need a query on gifts of $0.00

I would suggest doing two queries and merging them together to get the results. The first query is all constituents (nothing in the criteria). The second query is constituents that have given to the Annual Fund (Gift amount > $0; Fund = 2007 Annual Fund). Then merge the query using Query 1 = All Constituents...

  • Re: How to change a group of queries category?

Currently there is no way to change more than one query at a time to a new/different catagory. You can right-click on the query; that's easier than opening the query and (re)saving the query. Regards, Joe Meehan

  • Re: My query has duplicate rows, how to select distinct info? Thanks

Sometimes it's easy to figure out why there are duplicate rows (looking at gifts and donor has more than one or output field has potential for more than one entry - ex: phone, attribute, code) and other times it's a challenge. As Jason suggested, removing output fields may resolve issue. Sometimes...
