Hi Kathleen, Any chance you could share the items you have in your drop down menu for the prospect status field? What are you calling each stage through the management process? Also, does that overlap in anyway with the status drop down in proposals? Thanks, Ashley

What do you use? Some of our group wants to use an A, B, C, D... model with a description. Problem is that the description has to be typed in each time. I'd prefer a brief decsription - it's more meaningful to new and non-users and over time. Any suggestions from your own experience.
