  • Creating name tags in Crystal Reports

Has anyone ever used Crysal Reports create event name tags? We would like to export specific relationship information (when multiple relationships exist) and would like to use the customization ability of Crystal to do this. I believe it is possible and have started my report but am running into some...

  • Known name versus Full name

I would appreciate if anyone could advise on how to set up Business Rules to ensure that Known name is the preferred name under the Addressee area and also in Event Management. Particularly within event management the default appears to be the Full name rather than the Known Name?

  • Creating Nametags for Events?

Hello, Do any other schools have to create specialized nametags for events? Ours have a lot of detail like child's name, class year, and considerable logic built in...the nametag module does not allow such specialization so I am trying to build them in Crystal. Anyone else have a similar problem...

  • Re: Importing Guests onto Registrants' records

When the guests are added, they will automatically have participant records created for the event. You can use a Participant import to add the name tags as long as you have their participant import IDs in your spreadsheet so RE will know which participant records to update. Check out Knowledgebase solution...

  • Importing Guests onto Registrants' records

When I try to import Guests onto Registrants' records I get an error message that says 'Required Field Missing: Participation.' Does anyone know what this means? According to the Import Guide, I have all the required fields and the REGImpID to link the guest to the Registrant. What am I doing...

  • Re: Huge Event - Feedback, Please

Cathy, We experienced some of the same "drag" when we had the gala opening (WITH seating assignments) for our new Arts facility last year. It really only affected the actions that were trying to access event information and cleared up after the event was completed. I do believe I went back...

  • How to make the spouse the participant if the main constituent isn't attending?

I did forget about nametags. It is great to use the name tags field but then you can't (unfortunately) use the name tag field in event reports - the primary constituent will show on the registration list for example. *** I can spell, I just can't type. Where is spell check? Melissa S. Graves...

  • How to make the spouse the participant if the main constituent isn't attending?

Another way to handle this if only one of them is participating is through the nametags field - I will link the constituent account but put the spouse on the nametag. • International Addresses

I had a question arise today that I was hoping one of you might be able to assist me with. One of my users is going to be sending a list of international addresses to a mail house and they have requested the list be in comma delaminated format. The problem is that some of the int'l addresses run...

  • Event Module and nested records

I'm not sure about this but I believe this is a known issue and one that you should make sure you tell Blackbaud they should change. We frequently have the similar and related issue where we have a couple record with the man as the donor - we invite them as a couple and only she responds that she...
