My boss has expressed an interest in moving to e-mail reminders instead of printed ones. Is anyone doing this? If yes, were you able to set-up a custom reminder? What format do your reminders go our in, Word or PDF? Can we automate this so all of the e-mails go out at once, with the appropriate reminder...

Does anyone have a useful way to track if a constituent prefers email over traditional snail mail? There is a checkbox on Bio 1 "requests no email", but I'm looking for exactly the opposite. I would rather not use Attributes as I would like this info readily available, and it may get lost...
