Has anyone had just one specific letter definition category disappear from within Mail? We have good reason to believe that none of our users deleted the letters and are trying to identify other possible causes. SQL event and error logs give no clue.

We now our web-hosted and in the past I used the queue to send departmental reports via email on a scheduled time. With the Web-Hosted envirnoment and the Citrix server the queue reports cannot be supported via email. I am looking to see how other schools are handling the large volumn of reports to end...
