  • Re: Conditional Mail Merge in 7.85

Or if you use the same query to generate the activity for the week, have you save the query after running it for this week? Just a thought.

  • Direct Mail problem

Something wrong when I execute Segment in RE/Mail/Quick Letters, it always frezen. Here is what I did: 1. I created queries of kill list, and donor lists, 2. in RE/Mail/Quick Letters/Segment, "segment mail run" ticked. Put query names on "Input Query" with "kill list" query...

  • Mass (Email) Hysteria!

Email has made it easier to reach out and touch someone . In The Raiser's Edge, emails are stored as phone numbers on constituent records. You can mark a phone type as an email address and email constituents from their individual records. You can also use these email addresses to send emails to groups...

  • Re: Giving history on a campaign

In query I would create a gift query. Under gifts chose gift amount field then select "greater than or equal to $50." Then under Fund, select Fund ID and chose your fund. This will select single gifts of $50 or more, if you need cumulative totals of $50 or more you'll need to go a little...

  • Re: How to include a soft credit recipient in my donor acknowledgement mail?

I’m assuming by ‘general tab set up’ you’re referring to the set up for the acknowledgement letters. (If not, try that selection spot.) • Re: 3 separate gifts one merged letter, is that possible?

  • Re: Conditional Merge Hanging

Along those lines, you might also want to see if the merge works on another computer. On the original computer, you may be able to press Alt and Tab until Microsoft Word is selected and continue with the merge (per Knowledgebase solution BB389324 ). .

  • Conditional Merge Hanging

We have suddenly developed a problem (literally it was work one, not working the next) when performing a condional merge from Export. The query is fine, the criteria in the export is fine but when we click "merge now" it hangs for hours. When we click on the screen we get the pop-up "This...

  • Mail Merge

I am new to using RE. Although I received training a couple months ago our company has just recently converted over. So basically most of what I learned in the training is totally escaping me. I would like to know is there a way to do a mail merge using a specific gift batch or merge directly from a...

Is it possible to save letters that are created through a merge as a document on the constituent gift entry?
