  • How to attach mail on Constituent Records

    I wonder if someone can help? I would like to attach mail to a constituent record in the actions section. This letter has already been sent out to a large group and is stored on my computer. Does anyone know how I can transfer this onto a group of constituents? Many thanks Orla.

  • Mail Letters disappear

    Has anyone had just one specific letter definition category disappear from within Mail? We have good reason to believe that none of our users deleted the letters and are trying to identify other possible causes. SQL event and error logs give no clue.
