    Take a look at the Honor/Memorial Tab on your deceased constituent record. You can create multiple Memorials and use the Description (or notes) field as your indicator. In the situation you have described, we err on the side of just saying in memory of Jane Doe and creating one Memorial record. The acknowledgement...
