I have been asked by the division head for the average grade given by a teacher in her courses. Has anyone had to do a report like this and how did you do it? I have tried a couple of different things and haven't come up with the report I need.

We need to be able to post Senior grades from FA Web into Registrar's Office and run GPA calculations for transcripts. When we do so, grades will be posted for other grade levels also. We are currently using FAWeb and are looking to implement NetClassroom soon. Does your school have any teacher rules for how soon assignment grades should be entered after the tests/papers/hws are given out to the students? If so, who enforces these rules and how?
