    I successful globally added an appeal to selected records with admin>globally add but what is the difference between global add and change? can they be used interchangeably? they seem to do the same thing? also, I only have global add (not change) option in Admin - is that right? thanks

  • Tracking RE Changes

    Is there any way to track or report on when or who made global changes to records? Or, how can you track changes that may have been made with tables/attributes? It need to resolve some training/security issues but this would be incredible helpful in the meantime. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks...

    Globally Add records is a quick, easy way to record the letters as actions. If she's doing small numbers of letters she could certainly do it herself on each individual record. Granting access to global functions is definitely something to carefully consider. It's very easy to accidentally add...
