How do you record fees that are not donations. E.g., a payment for a service (or a trip) that one is NOT issued a tax credit letter. If you add it as a gift (and perhaps flag as do not post) it would get included in all reports, etc. that shows a consitutents "donation" giving history. It will...

We also record as Karen described the full amount and the fee is considererd part of doing business. Accounting makes any and all need adjustments.
