  • returning money from cancelled event

    We've cancelled an event due to low response. What do you do in Raiser's Edge for the refund? Take it to a 0 amount but leave it there? Remove the gift all together? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

  • Event Module and adding guests thru a batch to an event

    Hi, Im going thru a batch and registering individuals thru the event module...is there a way to add a guest of an ie: honorary committee member thru the gift tab above the Batch header under Links? thanks.
