Hello....One of our users is getting a fatal error of "RE7.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close." when they click on the gifts tab under Records. It then completely closes the program. I assume it must be something with his installation since it works if he logs in from another...

Haven't personally seen that one when running solicitor report. Strange - the KB solutions are all related to other circumstances but several suggest closing, rebooting and trying again. Sorry not much help.

Last week our homepage started launching a security warning in IE: Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? There are no SSL parts on the page. How can I figure out what's triggering the warning?

For error messages I go directly to knowledgebase, put in error message and see all the possibilities. You may want to try that if you haven't.
