I have to agree with Laura, I think an attribute is your best bet. Since you are trying to flag a constituent's contact preference, you might consider a constituent attribute rather than an address attribute. You can exclude people from mailings on the Attribute tab in mail (or include only those...

a problem getting Support for using BBNC email
I just called BBNC customer support to ask them for help in resizing a cell in a table in an email template and was REFUSED assistance. I was told that this was a design issue and support does not provide assistance with design. We then went round and round on how I was asking for help in USING the software...

Old Email in NetSolutions
It is the end of the year and once again I need to clean out old email from NetSolutions. Unfortunately, there is no way to delete multiple emails at once, so I am forced to delete them one at a time. Does anyone else do this? Or do you just keep all of that old email in the database? Email Communication to Constituents
Does anyone have a useful way to track if a constituent prefers email over traditional snail mail? There is a checkbox on Bio 1 "requests no email", but I'm looking for exactly the opposite. I would rather not use Attributes as I would like this info readily available, and it may get lost...

QUEUES: when emailing from queues, attachment is sent damaged
Hi, When emailing the output of a scheduled report via Queues within Raiser's Edge, the receipient received the email. But when s/he opens the email an error message is displayed that the file is damaged. Formats used for attachment were PDF and Excel. Both had problems. Blackbaud says that the problem...
