Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of enforcing unique emails in NetCommunity (or any other such type software)? We've been advised to not require unique emails but are unsure of the ramifications. It appears to me and co-workers that to not require these would only muddy up the already muddy water...

We have NetMail up and running but before we give the teachers a lesson on how to email parents I wanted to set up some policies for usage. Has anyone defined any policies for your school concerning how many emails per month, the types of this to email, etc.?

It is the end of the year and once again I need to clean out old email from NetSolutions. Unfortunately, there is no way to delete multiple emails at once, so I am forced to delete them one at a time. Does anyone else do this? Or do you just keep all of that old email in the database?
