    No, it may not be as easy as clicking and running an RE report but it's not too difficult. We don't have anyone one staff that does crystal reports either and not all the RE reports pull exactly what we want in the way we want it. Do you have your donor categories recorded on the constituent...

    If your categories are in RE, pull that field in the export also. Use as one of the sort fields in the excel file. If not, sort them by $ amount and just add field in excel.

    Have to say your post caused many questions in my mind... That concern stated, you should be able to run an export with receipt amount and your bio data. Using sort you should be able to construct your list. If you don't want list to come from excel, then run a merge doc from word for a directory...
