I need to give all our donors a Donor Constituency Code. I also want this code to be the Primary Constituency Code (listed first). Does anyone know of a way to globally make a specific Constituency Code the Primary for a group?

Hello there, I didnt mean Donor as Catch all code. Pardon Me if i didnt make myself clear. We use Enquiry as the catch all code. From there they can become any one as member/Patron ans just Donor. In our organisation we often get donations directly from people who we dont know in first place at all....

I believe RE pulls the codes in the order entry, the top being "primary". You can move them up or down by selecting one and clicking on the up/down arrows on the right.

Where multiple Constituent codes are used is there any way to set up a rule that a particular code is always the primary one? It's difficult to know what to say without seeing your query criteria, but I know that when I pull a query on proposals I sometimes get duplicates because of multiple solicitors on the proposal or multiple constituency codes. Perhaps this is what is making linked actions duplicate as well. Also,...
