  • Queries for Tax Receipts

    I was wondering if anyone knows much about creating queries that will allow you to create tax receipts. I currently have created a query to do this, but sometimes the software will not put the appropriate date on the bottom of the tax receipt, and will default to "consolidated".......

  • Payroll deduction

    Aren't they getting tax receipts from your payroll? It should be reflected on their form for income tax. Or if you're printing receipts in-house use recurring gift, mark them "consolidated" on Bio2 and send a receipt for last calendar year.

    I am trying to run receipts under mail and following the wizard to create a tax receipt and not getting the results I need. I am getting a receipt for each donation instead of a consolidated receipt. I have my constituents marked as consolidated under the receipt type. What am I doing wrong? Joyce
