Re: Query to identify most active/valuable constituents
Depending on what your criteria are, you could use some of the analytical reports to create queries and then combine them without duplication by using the OR Query merge function. (Top Donors Report, Consecutive years report, etc.)

Re: Annual Report of Donors
You will be able to create a query. In the consecutive years report on the general tab there is a checkbox towards the bottom which says create output query. It will create a static constituent query which you could then use for whatever purpose you need. Charlotte

Query/report help
I am trying to capture donors who have given $500 or more, consecutively in each of the past three years, 06-08. It sounds simple, but I must be doing something wrong. I tried queries, with and without parentheses, merging queries, and the Consecutive Years report. I would appreciate any help. Thank...

Report Roundup: Iron Man Donors
On September 6, 1995, the Iron Man (but not that Iron Man ) passed the Iron Horse to set the Major League Baseball record for most consecutive games played. You may never have a donor who gives a gift 2,632 days in a row, but you probably have donors who give every year. You can capture these donors...

Custom Report for Consistency of Giving
I'm looking for a way to pull individuals who have given for X or more different calendar years. In my case, I want to find out how many in our database have given a gift 20 or more different years. They need not be consecutive. The canned "Consecutive Years Report" doesn't work, because...

How to measure retention of current donors
Is there any other method to track retention of current donors over the past three years other than through the consecutive years report? If so can anyone share their methods of tracking this information for future goals? Thanks, Lisa Sealey SRMC Foundation, Lumberton, NC

Re: Fiscal Years
Hello Ashley, I checked in knowledgebase and you can set your fiscal year by following the steps in BB104853 . In the date field for the Consecutive Years Report you can run the report based on This Fiscal Year, Last Fiscal Year, or Next Fiscal Year. I hope this helps!

Consecutive Giving Years
We are trying to create a consecutive giving years report for donors that have given at least one gift in a fiscal year for 4 consecutive years (2003-2007). We are getting people who have made multiple gifts, but, not 4 years in a row. Help. Patricia Lowry, Coordinator of Donor Data & Research Midwestern...

Finding most loyal donors
I always preface my replies with - we just acquired RE7 and have not finished the conversion. Having said that, couldn't you just use the "Consecutive Years Report" under the Analytical Reports and used the detail tab to put your year limit? Thank you, Belinda Goodman
