Tracie, Do you have an attribute named Batch #? I'm guessing you do. The available fields below the standard gift field list look to be the attributes in our system. We don't have an attribute of Batch # so it's not on our list.

The only way is to delete it and add again if it's a single gift. For a multiple gifts you could export and import them back but it's a lot of work and you would loose batch number anyway.

My first guess is how the batch numbers were searched by the software. Some programs/software settings seem to sort 210 as greater than 1900. I guess looking only at first digit. If that's the situation, any batch # greater than 19 may have been read. :-) Have seen this happen when I've sorted...
