  • Appeal Report Broken Down to Package

    Does any one know how to generate report on an appeal and break it down to packages of that appeal? Cheers!

  • Adding Non-Fundraising Appeals through Mail

    We're having a little bit of a battle here. This is a two part question. First, would you add a planned giving newsletter as an appeal through the segment tab (7) in the Mail module. Second, do all appeals have to be linked to a gift? Thanks for your help. Cindy

    I am also not sure what your asking, but you could make an appeal for all gifts that come via that org. We are currently receiving gifts via Network for Good and use NFG as the appeal. Then I can pull reports etc by appeal.

    I'm Cindy's boat ... no Events module but need to use CFAs to organize how we follow the money! I'm thinking appeals will be mailings for each event, invitations, newsletters, but I get myself confused when trying to decide what the funds will be (gala, jamboree, membership, summer camp)...

    I've been researching how we can set up our CFAs without the Events module and have read your posts here. Most of our revenue is from admissions, so we have few actual campaigns. We do, however, have several events throughout the year and I'd like to configure the events and their relative activity...

    Denise, We use Appeals to reflect how a gift came to us; so the Appeal ID would indicate it was an annual giving donation & the fund would be one of the four you specify.

    Hi Becki, In addition to what Laurel has stated. I would like to add that we set up an Appeal (for instance: 2009 Gala) Then set up packages(Table Sponsor, Gold Sponsor, Silver Sponsor, etc.) under that specific appeal. Each "package" allows you to set the default benefits. Using Load From...
