  • How to attach mail on Constituent Records

    I wonder if someone can help? I would like to attach mail to a constituent record in the actions section. This letter has already been sent out to a large group and is stored on my computer. Does anyone know how I can transfer this onto a group of constituents? Many thanks Orla.

    I find linking PDF's on the media tab to be problematic. If the linked files get moved you may lose the attachment. I prefer the action, but what ever works best for your organization is what you should use. Karen

    Hi Sue, You can save as an action. We have our RE linked to Outlook with a button on outlook called create an action. I've attached my procedures. If you don't use Outlook you can forward the action, copy the whole file and add in the action notes as well. Hope this helps. Karen
