We had an Action Track that was originally assigned to 271 Constituents. However, that Track is now only assigned to 109 of those Constituents. So far, I haven't been able to find any rhyme or reason as to why these Constituents are no longer assigned to the track. It does not seem to be the case...

I would like to know if anybody uses the Action tab to track membership renewal invoices. If you do, how are using them and is it worthwhile?

I'm not positive that there isn't an integrated module to do exactly what you're asking (Check with your Blackbaud rep because something may be out there or in Q&A stage?) - but have you looked at using the Prospect Module or Action Tracks for Moves management in conjunction with Solicitors...

Action Tracks is one of those items that I always think I will get to in the "down time" - - and haven't done it yet. I too would love to hear from any school that is using them - for any process - from admissions to enrollment to billing.
