We are converting to Blackbaud and would like to know if anyone is payer centric and if that creates any problems with reconciling, viewing reports or any other areas. If anyone is payer centric and is quite happy with it, I would also like your feedback on how it has worked for you.

I am interested in feedback regarding working with Smart tuition and integrating this with Student billing.
