We have been using Outlook 7 to populate actions from emails for some time without problem, however, a couple of team members have recently been upgraded to Windows 7 and the functionality seems to not work any longer. I have the addins active, but we get errors when Outlook goes to create the action...

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to add the Action Notes to an Outlook appt? The reminder that gets sent to Outlook seems useless without them.....(Blackbaud is apparently currently working on re-implementing this....) - thanks

We have had Office07 since this summer and we have the most recent version of RE. Office products no longer come with Com add-ins installed. So, you have to separately install some MS items if you want to have Outlook and RE be integrated. Even after doing so I have yet to have the integration for actions...
