Does anyone send acknowledgement letters via email through Raiser's Edge? If so, would you be willing to give me a quick run through of the procedure? Thank you for your help!

Hi Everyone, Does anyone use email acknowledgement to thank donors for their gifts as well as donor acknowledgement letters within the same batch? And, if so, do you have any ideas.
