Finding which page or part a document ID relates to. How do you do it?

A user approached me to say that they had seen a document of ours in the public domain. Looking at this link http://www.companyname.com/NetCommunity/Document.Doc?id=405 it was hosted on our server in the public space when in fact it should be out of view to the public.

How can I find out which page or part has doc?id=405 on it? That way I can go to the part or page and set viewing rights.

Managing Online Grants

We would like the option for our donor advisors to be able to print their grant history from the "Managing Online Grant Requests" page. Now they can print it but it would be a print screen of the entire page. Would anyone else be interested in the option to have a print button on that page that will specifically print the grants history?

Where to put a constituent's/org's web site address?

Anybody know if there is an existing field to put constituent/organization web site addresses? If not, is there any consensus on where that would best fit?

IATS / TicketMaster Error Codes and BBNC

We recently came across in testing our BBNC giving pages that when an invalid security code or too low of an amount is entered we would get these very cryptic error codes back on the screen.

unknown error 27 or unknown error 42

When contacting IATS they stated that a translation of what these errors really mean is something that could be part of BBNC and they directed me to contact BB support. Support then indicated that there is no translation process in the works nor is one planned as they have many different processors and none of them are the same and that this would have to be corrected with a custom Java script unique to our site.

Bottom line is a donor who gets an error code number won't know what the problem is and will most likely blame the web site or the organization if they believe their card to be in good standing. That equates to a lost donation and that is unacceptable.

Has anybody tried implementing a custom Java script that would translate the IATS error codes into something more resembling english? and if so would you please share how that was done? I am being told to contact BB Professional Services to set this up.

Has to be another way.

BBNet: Website / Newsletter, lots of questions!

Hello everyone,

I'm new to BBNet, and I've been hired to create a newsletter. This newsletter will also have an online portion, as it will cover many news stories. It will also need to be easy to edit with those not entirely familiar with code.

I've worked on other newsletters before with applications to make html newsletters, but this system seems odd to me. I was trying to make it easy by using a weblog part on the website, so admins could add news stories... which seems to be okay. The first question I have about this is:

Can you edit the CSS of weblog parts to make it coexist with your website?

The other issue I am having is the unavailability of parts to be added to newsletter pieces.

Will I have to edit every newsletter via HTML for the website and newsletter to appear identical?

I'm trying to find a round-about way of solving this problem, which I'll probably be able to do on my own anyway, but I thought I would see if the forums had any ideas first.

NetCommunity Forms In Spanish, Other Languages?

Hi, does anyone deal with designing donation pages in Spanish? I know the web designer can control some areas of the design for say, a donation part, so can the donation form be converted to Spanish or another language other than having Blackbaud change the code for the form?
