     integrated Blackbaud Database (Financial Edge, Education Edge, Raiser&amp;#39;s
     Edge).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setting up reports, exports
     etc. for teachers, staff and parents as needed.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Identifying hardware and
     software needs of the school.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Registrar Responsibilities include
but are not limited to:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintaining electronic
     student records.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Registering new students;
     registering continuing students for the following year; withdrawing
     students and forwarding records to other schools upon request.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Compiling statistical data on
     registration for administrative use.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Directing preparation of
     student transcripts; preparation of commencement lists; reviewing and
     updating academic records of students; compiling graduation requirements.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills
&amp;amp; Abilities:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor&amp;#39;s Degree in Database
     Management or related field.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 3 years of
     database or records management in a corporate, educational or

CRM applications (Personify) and manage, test, and implement various parts of
the application. Additionally in this role, you will work with our field staff
(chapters) to analyze and convert chapter&amp;#39;s data from disparate systems to the

&lt;p&gt;Requirements include but not limited to:&lt;/p&gt;



&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate has a proven track record in proposing
viable options and recommended solutions to address business problems and/or
requirements. Bachelor Degree is required. &lt;b&gt;We seek 3 years of IT experience
in a role that required process analysis, and utilized databases, forms, and
reporting tools in a medium to large non profit. &lt;/b&gt;An understanding the
application development system life cycle is essential.&lt;/p&gt;





&lt;p&gt;Experience with TMA Resources&amp;#39; Personify is ideal but other
CRMs are welcomed. Customer service orientation is crucial. Experience
