I don't know of a way to do it with Raiser's Edge's existing capabilities. If you export the data and use MS Access or Excel to analyze the data, (or crystal reports, maybe) it is possible. A secure file sharing service (you can find a bunch of 'em with a google search) might be sufficient for your purposes, if you can run reports / exports that show all of the data the out-of-country offices will need.
