    Hello,  All you have to do is when you are in the gift, put "Do Not Receipt" in the "Receipt" box. This is prevent any receipts from being made.

    Suzo, We have an individual record named "Anonymous." All gifts that come in from donors who don't give any information about them (including their name) we put in this record. We know that all gifts in this file are from an "Unknown" donor. Hope this helps!

    We scan all of our correspondence like checks and put them in the constituents media file. It is extremely helpful when looking in a record, all the correspondence on all gifts, etc. is right there. You don't have to do any searching. I think this is better than copying because you have less paper to deal with and tt is a much more organized ...

    Also, what if we are entering credit card gifts that have a service fee taken out of them?? For example, we get a credit card gift through our website for $100, but the website we are using to process this is charging $5, so the gift is then only $95. Do we enter in the $100 or $95 in RE? If we add in the $100, do we later make an adjustment to ...
