We require PO's for any purchase over $500. We did have a $200 limit till this year and raising it to $500 has really cut down on the amount of PO's that we process.

In the APAY module, go to Configuration and then Business Rules. Under the general section for the option to allow non-bank transactions to use cash accounts you need to change it from never to always. I personally change it to key the invoice and then change it back.

We also have more than one person entering invoices. We have a query setup with the criteria ''last modified by (employee name). Then when we post we filter the invoices with that query. It was worked well for us so far.

I believe if you choose File, Rename it will let you change those options.
