  • Re: If you canโ€™t find the answer to your question in Knowledgebase, do you use Case Central or do you call?

What I do depends on the problem and the time.  If I need solution quickly, I used to call.  Lately, I've been using the online chat.  If it's not available, and support is still available, I call.

How would you list a large $$ donor giving quarterly where one payment falls in different fiscal year?  Your procedures should be the consistent.  As of 2008, we changed our procedures for our annual campaign listing to be "$ received in calendar year," instead of pledge amount. This is noted on the ...

  • Re: Receipting Multiple Batches

My first guess is how the batch numbers were searched by the software.  Some programs/software settings seem to sort 210 as greater than 1900. I guess looking only at first digit.  If that's the situation, any batch # greater than 19 may have been read. :-)  Have seen this happen when I've sorted ...

  • Re: How do I export 8 records that are unrelated

Kris, the easiest way I have found to create an export of 'unrelated records' is to create a constituent query.  Under constituent, I choose "specific record", "one of" and then select the constituents I need.  Save the query and use it to create an export file.  Hope that helps you.
