    For organizations I have created a note type of recognition.  Here I indicate those organizations that want to be recognized differently than their name.  We don't have a lot of them so this works well for us.

  • Fund Codes to GL

    I have my fund id to match the gl codes. My fund description is my alpa description, used for our internal purposes.

  • Actions - reminders

    I have set up an annotation to my constituents that have specific gift instructions. The only downfall to this is the annotatation comes up whenever the constituent is opened too.

    We add the spouse to the Bio 1 ''spouse'' tab as well. Generally the husband is the primary constituent, unless the wife has the relationship with our organization, then we list her under Bio 1 and him as the spouse

  • No. of Funds - Healthcare Foundations

    We have 162 active funds. I produce an excel spreadsheet and send it to our accounting dept. They upload the information into Oracle. They reconcile with our bank statements.

    We use custom receipts and merge it to word yes. I would think that the mail file would have been saved, I will double check with our data entry person.. The database we were using was the US version. Whether our IT department downloaded the wrong update at some point or Blackbaud originally gave us the wrong copy I don't know. It is very ...

    Thanks Anne Marie, I am not really sure what you mean by saving the receipt file. We run the receipts through RE:Mail, merge it out to a word document. We have always done it this way.
