    Our format tends to be "User Name/Primary User of Query/Export" - "Year" "Short Description"  We find that it helps users find the queries that they use the most often when they look for their name first.

    Thanks for your response. There is a report but it's not very accurate which is why I was hoping to get more accurate numbers with query.  (It is amazing how the retention rate in reports is always 99%...)

    We use QuickBooks for our accouting system; however, all the numbers match from RE.  I generate a Cash Receipts Journal report to reconcile.  If you are looking to keep all the information in RE I would think creating records for those other line items would work for income.

    We have that same problem.  Even when asking for the current membership in the query it might pulled the lapsed one.  In some cases it is conducive to delete the lapsed one and in others we don't want to loose that history.

  • Adding Relationships as constituents

    Usually if there are a number of people that we have a relationship with, I will create the organization record and link those people to it.     Melissa, it would appear that they are both entered the same way. And ''print org name'' is checked. It doesn't appear to matter if they are a contact that is on the org record only or if they have their own record and are linked to the company through relationships. I could have two people at the same company and one gets pulled with the company name and the other just gets pulled with the business address.
