We've cancelled an event due to low response.   What do you do in Raiser's Edge for the refund?   Take it to a 0 amount but leave it there?   Remove the gift all together?    Any thoughts would be appreciated!

We received a car as a GIK valued at 24,300.  We recently sold it for $20,000.  Should I change the GIK amount?  If so, should I just make a note that it was valued at more?  Right now it still comes up as $24,300 but that isn't the cash that we received so our books are going to be off.

Does anyone know how to send a letter that was saved as an action via e-mail attachment?   I know if you click on the letter, you can change word to e-mail format, then the letter becomes the body of the e-mail, but we would like it as an attachment.  I am guessing the letter is housed on the server somewhere, but the only place we ...
