Well I assume it would have to be done by an administrator.  Teachers (faweb users) do not have any import options...  I would stay away from the whole idea though, because If I had to import grades for teachers from moodle to faweb I would not be happy...  -Dan

We just moved to Naviance as well, but decided to keep all data in EE just incase we decide to move away from naviance to something else...  We use the ID fields in the Education tab to put each College/Universities ACT number, so we can then export the data from EE and into Naviance, for previous years, and then from naviance to EE moving ...

I would have to agree there is no good option until BB builds a service table in the DB.  We use Actions to track service hours, and then export to excel, total, and merge into word, then copy and past each merged student info into a notetype, so we can have service site, hours, total hours, etc...  Its kinda a pain, but works well, ...

I can not stress this enough, ONLY do this is you enable SSL access, and only allow access VIA SSL!  Otherwise passwords as strong as they may be can easily be compromised if users are using public wifi access.  You should be using ssl for all passwords on the web anyway...
