Hi Rose, You can't tick/untick the check aliases box until you populate one of the fields. As soon as you put a single character in a field ('name' for example) then you should have the option to tick the aliases box. Hope this helps (and proves true) Lee

Hi Erin, I've never really been able to filter events properly by using start and end dates. Although it's not a brilliant solution,  a quick fix for a one-off report would be to change the type of event to something unique (eg the event ID) and then in the export filter on that event type.
