We having been using convio for the past 3 years and just signed an additional contract to extend our time.  We were hoping to change to BB NewCommunity but with the timing of Kinvio happening we thought we's wait to see the direction they would take the product.  The data sync from Convio to RE and RE back to convio is definitely time consuming - especially for an organization such as ours that receives over 1 million on-line dollars in about a 7 day period.  We've been suffering through it with our custom import but that even needs some tweaking.  we'd also like to see if the "connector" would solve any of our problems but we're just not there yet.

I'd be happy to talk to anyone about our current sync and what/how we are hoping to get it working in the near future.
