    Blackbaud offers a variety of training options that may be able to help.  I didn't see a regional training for Indianapolis, but they may schedule one in the future so I would check back or you may be able to request one.  You can also try the Distance Learning which allows you to attend training in your office or the eLearning Library which allows you to train at your leisure.  Check out http://www.blackbaud.com/services/training/train_overview.aspx for information on all training options available.
