 So maybe its a good idea for me to kick this off for those of you who haven't met me yet?

My name is Lianne Ramage (obviously I hope) and I am the Higher Education Manager at Blackbaud. Before joining Blackbaud my degree and background were in Programming and creating web applications for HSBC. I have worked with Blackbaud for over 4 and a half years, mostly in the Account Management team. My role is to manage all of our 158 Higher Education customers, manage our events (such as user groups, feedback forums and product sessions) and to understand the needs of the sector and the impact these have on the future of Blackbaud products. I am the main point of contact for any Higher Education institutions and am happy to help with any questions/queries/issues/comments you may have!

We have Raisers Edge since last July. I have been working in the office since November.
