Full-time, 12 month, administrative position available immediately in private school fundraising office. Responsibilities include: gift processing (assisting in the interface with the Business Office’s Financial Edge database by the accurate and timely entry of contributions in the Raiser’s Edge database, including implementing the electronic posting of the gift data), data management (managing database, ensuring accuracy of donor information, coordinating data sharing between various school databases, staying current with Blackbaud updates), financial reporting/analysis/management (prepare daily/weekly reports on gifts received, prepare statistical reports for annual Advancement Report, Board of Trustees, Business Office and various educational associations), and more.
Requirements include: minimum of 3 years experience with standard office procedures, specialized computer/database training, intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications. Candidate must possess keen attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of donor information, customer service excellence, strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, flexibility and ability to multi-task and manage multiple objectives in a close-knit, team setting.
Preferences include; undergraduate degree, Raiser’s Edge/Financial Edge database experience, preferably in a Development/Advancement office, knowledge of PowerPoint and Access applications.
