Logging On to RE???

    Logging On to RE???

    I'm in the process of converting from GiftMaker Pro to Raiser's Edge. I just created a new database in RE, and my conversion guide says to now Log Into RE. But I can't??? I never entered in any information anywhere, and it's asking me for a username and password??? Help!!!

    Yes, that could have been better addressed in the conversion guide. RE creates an account during the conversion, and I believe the username is Supervisor and the password is Admin. If those don't work, then I'm mis-remembering the temporary settings. You can call Blackbaud and they can tell you. Or check the knowledgebase in case.

     Great! That worked! Thank you so much! I'm not sure why it's not in the Conversion Manual?
