Any body having trouble with Annual Statement report? I would like to be able to customize the Annual Statement Report into a letter format so the address will fit into a window envelope and have a list of gifts with date, Fund, Check # and Amount with a total at the bottom showing all monies given to the diocese for the year and a IRS Code Statement at the bottom of the letter. Used to do this by hand on a monthly basis with only the ones that gave $250 and above. I would print out a letter and the Annual Statement Report, match each one up, fold it and insert it into a window envelope. Now I have to do it at the end of the year to about 17,000+ donor records. Any suggestions?
We do not send annual statements. Our thank you letters have the current gift and total for year to date. We only send annual statements upon request.
