The Ounce of Prevention Fund seeks an individual with significant Raiser’s Edge experience to support the organization’s Raiser’s Edge database as well as other software, including Convio, and a new Financials package scheduled to be implemented during 2008. 

This position will be responsible for interacting with users across the organization, and helping them determine how to best leverage the various software tools to meet their needs.  The Applications Analyst will be responsible for helping to design or refine business processes, and for implementing many of the needs identified.

The Ounce is a fast-paced organization.  Therefore, this position requires excellent customer service skills in conjunction with the ability to balance multiple priorities and requests from across the organization.  User teams will depend on this person to be forward-thinking and identify opportunities for improvement.

·        At least 2 years of solid experience with Raiser’s Edge database management in a non-profit environment and full knowledge of Query, Export, and Mail functions

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computers or related field
